The hotel check-in process was quite frustrating, especially
after a long day of travel. I arrived late, only to find out my room had been canceled. However, the suite I booked later was comfortable, though I felt it was unfair to lose my initial reservation.

Recommend it for solo travelers who value a good experience
The room was designed as I requested, truly a 'Smoking' room away from the Disco, which was a relief. The housekeeping was top-notch, always quick to bring me extra amenities, like those small bottles of water that you often forget you need.
Not exactly cheap, but still acceptable given the quality.

The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and a great mall nearby. The staff, particularly at the concierge, were friendly and responsive to requests. However, the internet was frustratingly slow and costly, and the breakfast options left much to be desired. Despite the decent room service, the nightclub downstairs created an unwelcome noise late at night.

The stay was pleasant overall, with the spacious family room being a highlight for our family. The amenities were within walking distance, making it easy for us to explore the area. The kids loved the breakfast, especially the variety of pancakes and pastries. While there were some issues with the furniture looking a bit dated, the staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. they offered a wide variety of delicious options including an amazing Turkish coffee at the Tolstoy Lounge Bar. The staff were truly wonderful, always ready to help. However, there were a few drawbacks. The music from the club downstairs could be loud, especially in lower-level rooms. Also, the Wi-Fi was quite slow, which made it hard to stay connected. Despite these issues, the atmosphere and friendly service made my trip enjoyable.
